I am a Sales Leader who believes in empathetic leadership and in leading as a player-coach. Each person has a different skillset and a different way of communicating, bringing something different to their role and their team. By coaching each person to play to their strengths while also working to systematically close any gaps, each person can grow to become a significant team player. In addition, by baking expected mutual respect into the team dynamic, every team has the potential to become exceptional.

Prior to Sales Leadership, I worked in Management Consulting, focusing on the areas of HR, Compensation, and Performance Management. In my ten-year Consulting career, I worked with dozens of companies, small to large, across a variety of industries, including automotive, finance, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, and technology, among others.

I have a brilliant wife, two amazing human kids, and a sassy fur kid. I am a born and raised New Yorker currently residing in Illinois. I like doing anything having to do with numbers, going on adventures with my family, collecting things, taking pictures, and doing small acts of kindness in the hopes that the little things will change the world.
